Privacy Policy

Protecting your personal data matters to us. Below we inform you about the processing of personal data on this website.

Controller

Cognatio Labs GbR Marbachweg 312 60320 Frankfurt am Main Germany Email: [email protected] Phone: +49 174 9653544 Represented by Patrick Hofbauer.

Hosting

This website runs on a server we manage ourselves. It stands in a data centre in Germany. When you visit, technically necessary data (IP address, timestamp, requested resource) is processed in server logs — legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in reliable operations). The data centre provider supplies the infrastructure and processes the data on our behalf.

Contact form

When you contact us using the form, we process your name, company, email address, topic and message to answer your request and assess sensible next steps. The form is processed on our own server and delivered to our mailbox as an email; no external form service is involved. Where your request concerns a contract or steps leading to a contract, the legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. For general inquiries, processing is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR and our legitimate interest in answering inquiries reliably.

We delete inquiry data once the request has been conclusively handled, unless a contract, potential legal claims or statutory retention requirements require further storage. If a contractual relationship arises, the applicable statutory retention periods apply to the related business documents.

Cookies & analytics

This website currently uses no tracking cookies and no consent-requiring analytics services. Public font, brand and media resources are delivered locally.

Recipients and possible international transfers

For running the server and sending the form emails we use service providers from Germany who process on our behalf. No transfer to a third country takes place in that step. If you use the optional scheduler, its own section applies. Personal data is disclosed to further recipients only when required to handle your inquiry, perform a contract or comply with a legal obligation.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and objection (Art. 15–21 GDPR), as well as the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
