One system. Yours.
CRM, accounting, shop, email, Excel lists: for most companies that is a jungle of vendors and subscriptions. We build you a dashboard where you see and enter everything, and that belongs to you. What fits well gets connected. Single-function subscriptions and Excel lists we replace with modules of your own.
Systems review first, then we build fast, in short steps, each usable right away, as one team: one contact for the whole thing.
From the CRMto industry software.
What fits well stays and gets connected to your dashboard: accounting, shop, email, inventory, your industry software.

What it takes is a way in and out: an interface, an export, or database access. Product names are examples and trademarks of their owners.
Single-function subscriptionswe build ourselves.
What stays: programs with depth that we could not rebuild economically, such as accounting, the shop or a CRM. What we replace: subscription tools for a single function and home-grown lists such as Excel or Access, with modules of your own in your dashboard: built by us, handed over to you, no licence rent.

Deutsches Finanzwerk
Three inputs.One client record.
For Deutsches Finanzwerk, we designed and built the client portal and administration and connected them with the website into one system. Enquiries, appointments and emails land in the right client record on their own, instead of three inboxes and lists.
- Enquiries, appointments and emails land with the right contact on their own.
- The booking tool stayed and is connected; inboxes and lists are retired.
- Follow-up actions are triggered automatically.

The first step:a systems review.
We look at what you use, who provides it and what it costs each month. You get a plan: what stays and gets connected, what we replace with modules of your own, and in which order.
Then, in short steps
- ConnectWhat stays hangs on your dashboard.
- ReplaceSingle-function subscriptions and Excel lists become your own modules.
- SupportAs agreed: one contact, even when a vendor changes something.
Another question?
Which programs can be connected?
Almost everything you use day to day: CRM, accounting, shop, email and calendar, inventory, industry software. Examples are HubSpot or Lexware Office. What it takes is a way in and out: an interface, an export, or database access. Excel lists and Access databases we read in until a module of your own takes over. Product names are examples and trademarks of their owners.
What if a program has no interface?
Then we look at other routes: exports, file drops, or direct database access. The systems review records what works and where the limits are before anything is built.
What if two programs disagree?
For every detail we agree which program leads, such as the CRM for addresses and accounting for payments. If a change contradicts that, nothing is overwritten. The case is held, and you decide.
Why build it ourselves instead of renting another tool?
A module of your own fits your workflow instead of the other way round, and your data stays with you. What we build is handed over: source code, data, documentation. Where modules sit on our foundation Stack MAX, usage and handover rights are set out in the proposal. Running costs arise only for hosting and support, if you leave both with us.
What happens to the data of a program that goes?
It moves into the module we build for it in your dashboard: first as a copy for a rehearsal, then we compare old and new row by row. The switch happens with your approval. The old program stays available until you no longer need it.
Does work have to stop for this?
We build connections while you keep working. Whether a switch needs a short interruption depends on the program and is stated in the plan before you approve.
Are data clean-up and ongoing support included?
We plan clean-up where it is needed, such as duplicate customers or outdated formats. Ongoing care for the connections is agreed explicitly, so everything keeps running when a vendor changes something.
What do you need to get started?
A list of your programs, one contact per program, and an example of where things are typed more than once today. We do not need login details or customer data for the first conversation.
